أقام الاتحاد اللبناني لألعاب القوى مسابقة على المضمار الرئيسي لمدينة كميل شمعون الرياضية، تحضيرا للبطولات الوطنية والدولية المدرجة في روزنامته.
بدأ التجمع عند الساعة الثانية بعد الظهر، وانطلقت كافة المسابقات في الوقت المحدد بمشاركة عدد كبير من الرياضيين (ذكور واناث)من مختلف الأندية الاتحادية.
وحضرت نائبة رئيس الإتحاد ناديا نعمه، أمين السر العام وسيم الحولي ك، أمينة الصندوق ماريا كيؤركيان وعضو الاتحاد نديم عبود.
وتمّ تسجيل رقم قياسي وطني جديد للاعب محمود ابو زيد من نادي انتر ليبانون في سباق 1500متر (تحت 18 سنة)، اذ حقّق 4:04.49 دقائق، الرقم السابق للاعب منير كبارة 4:05.00 د من نادي الإيليت.
