نقلت المؤسسة اللبنانية للارسال “ال بي سي” عن معلومات ذكرت ان قاضي التحقيق في انفجار مرفأ القاضي طارق البيطار اصدر مذكرة توقيف وجاهية بحق مدير العمليات السابق لمرفأ بيروت سامي الحسين.
